Definition:  A neighborhood association is formed based on the needs and desires of its residents. The association gives residents a forum to discuss common concerns and work together for changes and improvements such as neighborhood safety, beautification and social activities. The association enforces rules and regulations through phase covenants, education and by looking out for each other.
