At the recent Annual meeting, Dr. Craig Correll, BOD President, gave a summary of the projects that the Board has completed or are in progress.
- Playground Upgrade
- Security, Lighting and Camera Upgrades
- Roads Paved
- Electronic Speed Limit Sign installed
- Quarterly newsletter
- Amendment to prohibit short-term leases in all phases.
- Halloween participation/volunteers
- Street light repairs in progress
JOY LLOYD HAS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB COORDINATING THE PIENA HALLOWEEN EVENT. SHE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COORDINATE THE EVENT NEXT YEAR (2027) AND NEEDS OUR HELP. WE NEED A VOLUNTEER THAT CAN COVER AND SHADOW HER AT THIS YEARS EVENT AND STEP IN FOR HER NEXT YEAR. SHE WILL BE RETURNING TO THE JOB IN 2028. The Annual Meeting was held on September 26th and elections resulted in the re-election of Brandi Palmer and Sherri Irwin to their board positions. Congratulations these ladies on another two year term.

- PIENA Board of Directors meeting on October 19 at Mulligans and begins at 6:30pm
- Halloween Yard Decorating Contest - October 1-25
- Halloween Golf Cart Parade and Decorating Contest - October 24 - gather at 5:45pm
- Halloween Trick or Treating - Saturday, October 31 from 4:30pm until 8:30pm
- Fall Couples Golf Fun Day - Saturday, November 14 with 1:00pm Shotgun Start
- PIENA Board of Directors meeting on December 7 at Mulligans and begins at 6:30pm
- Holiday Mixer - December 5 at Mulligans from 6:00pm until 7:30pm
