DECORATE YOUR GOLF CARTS!☠️Join your neighbors and friends for the 2023 PIENA Halloween Golf Cart Parade! Decorate a little, a LOT, or not at all. Join in the fun of parading through the streets of Patricia Island and entertaining the kids and adults in the neighborhood. This year, we added the option to participate without entering the judging contest! If you choose that option, we’ll provide candy for you to toss to the parade watchers.
