ILETA BRAY - For the past 18 years my husband Bill and I have lived in Patricia Island. With 30 plus years working in the Real Estate industry, including Property Management, working with Real Estate Developers, New Home Construction and Real Estate sales, along with the past eighteen years working with the Patricia Island Management and Developers and my understanding of the PICC/AC Covenants, I come to you as a qualified candidate to continue service to our community. I was elected and appointed Chairman of the PICC Architectural Committee (AC) March 6, 2021 and have continued to hold that position. During this time the committee has reviewed for approval seventy four AC submissions. The Architectural Committee position requires complete understanding of the PICC Covenants as well as willingness for onsite pre and post inspections in order to review before approving all AC submissions to ensure they follow the architectural guidelines as they are set forth for each Phase of the PICC Declaration of Covenants governing documents. I will continue to work hard for all homeowners to help preserve and protect the investment each and every one of us has made in our community, to help ensure and maintain the continuity and harmony in our beautiful Patricia Island.Thank you in advance for your consideration and your VOTE!
EDDIE SCOTT is completing his first term as a member of the Architectural Committee. It is my goal and desire to protect the beauty and peacefulness of our neighborhood with each new addition / renovation project and to insure property values are maintained. Thank you, Patricia Island Estates, for allowing me to serve on the Architectural Committee for the past two years. If reelected, I would be honored to serve our community in this same capacity for the next two years.
JULIE YOUNG - We have moved a total of 18 times in our 56 years of marriage. Of those 18 times, we have lived in three Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions communities not including Patricia Island. I believe that if you decide to live in this community and have read the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, you should be following them for the sake of our community. If you feel they are too strict, then possibly you shouldn't have moved here. I am aware that there are a total of 11 different subdivisions in here (each one having their own Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) but that should not keep you from being aware of what your subdivision is asking their neighbors to do. I just feel that some of my knowledge might be helpful.
FRANK SCHAFFER - I served on the Executive Committee during the early formation of the Patricia Island Estates Neighborhood Association. I served 2 years as the fi rst President of the PIENA Board of Directors. 2 years ago, I was elected to the Architectural Committee and currently serve on the 3 member committee. My goal has been to uphold the guidelines set forth in the Covents and Restrictions of Patricia Island Estates; review building plans, remodel and variance requests, etc… utilizing effi ciency and offering guidance to homeowners. I previously served on the Executive Boards of both Freeman & St John’s Hospitals, Joplin, Mo. Also, President of the Missouri Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
